Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a session may be rescheduled or refunded.

Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

If you are an organisation engaging our services for your employees, teams, or leaders, the following additional terms apply:

Number of coaching sessions or programme modules
Duration and delivery format (virtual, in-person, hybrid)
Customisation requirements (e.g., leadership assessments, reports)
You are responsible for:
Nominating eligible participants
Ensuring they are informed of key dates, commitments, and conduct expectations
Supporting follow-through and communication with your internal stakeholders
A formal proposal or statement of work (SOW) will confirm pricing, scope, and timelines.
Invoices are issued upon agreement or project initiation.
Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding participant progress, coaching insights, and organisational information. However:
We may provide aggregated feedback (non-identifiable) where requested and mutually agreed
Participants’ personal development information is confidential unless the individual consents to sharing it with HR or their line manager
Custom content created for your organisation (e.g., workshops, toolkits) remains the intellectual property of SJ Lawrence Consulting trading under Legacy Vantage Point Investments FZCO unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may receive a licence for internal use.
Corporate clients may reschedule services with minimum 10 business days’ notice. Cancellations without adequate notice may incur fees as set out in the contract.
We facilitate development, but individual or organisational outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Responsibility for implementation rests with the client and their internal stakeholders.
You agree not to solicit or hire our coaches or consultants directly for a period of 12 months following the conclusion of any corporate engagement, unless prior written consent is obtained.
